For Parents
"Parents as Partners"
A Morning with the Experts
Join parents from around the region for a unique opportunity to hear Professor Emerita Nancy Robinson and Professor Kathleen Noble share their expertise on parenting gifted children and adolescents. Ann Koch of Northwest Gifted Child Association will also acquaint parents with ways to connect to organizations around the state serving gifted children and their families.
The kick-off meeting of Parents as Partners will be held from 8:30 to 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 3rd, at the University of Washington’s Seattle campus. Check-in and the talks themselves will be held in the Physics/Astronomy Building, room A102. The brown bag lunch will be held at nearby Guthrie Annex 2, home of the Robinson Center. Registration and payment for the event is being handled on-line at:

The standard conference fee of $30 per person is reduced to $20 for those with children participating in the Washington Search for Young Scholars talent search, or for parents who are members of the Northwest Gifted Child Association.
